DONATION REFUND POLICY

Introduction

The Forum For Green Folk is instituting a donation refund policy to ensure fair and transparent processing of requests for refund of donations. It is recognized that donations may be made erroneously or donors may change their mind, and the forum will examine each request for a refund and endeavour to make the refund. However, the forum is not obliged to make refunds and may decline requests at its discretion, particularly if a tax exemption certificate has been issued.

Eligibility

To request a refund, you must contact the Forum For Green Folk in writing or by email within 15 days from the date of the donation. This includes donations made online, electronically, or through other means, as well as those made by cheque or demand draft.

Required Information

The written request for a refund must include the date of the donation, the amount donated, and if the donation was made by cheque or demand draft, the cheque or draft number. If the donation was made by credit card, please provide the last 4 digits of the credit card number. If the donation was made online, please provide the donation ID.
