Donations to the Forum for Green Folk made by citizens of India, including Indian citizens living abroad with a valid Indian passport (NRIs), are eligible for a tax deduction under section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961 vide Unique Registration Number AAFCF3261QF20231. In order to take advantage of this tax benefit, please make sure to include your Indian PAN Card Number when you make a donation online.
After your donation is received by the Forum for Green Folk, you will receive an email with a receipt for your donation. If you are a citizen of India, the receipt will also include information on the Forum for Green Folk’s approval under Section 80-G of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
